WHAT I DO HERE!

It is gripping to reach into the foundation of a school. It's the time when the school is so ductile and so strongly influenced by zeal, dynamism and lofty goals. As founding member of the organisation I got the opportunity to get involve in every little aspect of setting a school right from wall paints to curriculum building to marketing activities and thereafter kickstarting the first session. I must say it has been a wild ride and I learnt a lot from it. One of the best part of being a founding member is that the community is tiny compared to what it will be over the years. When new schools seem to pop out of a delivery box it does feel like a dream come true.

WHAT I DID HERE

It was my first school job and is very close to my heart. I joined with an intension to leave in a month but curious little ones made me realise that they are my passion. I absolutely loved being with them not to forget I learnt a lot at every step.

Apart from planning organising assessing student work, I majorly was involved with building strong relationships with my students and parents. Challenging their curiosity was the most enjoyable part of being a kindergarten teacher.

Classroom were always my favourite. Yes I started my teaching career by teaching management students and trust me I was never their teacher always a friend, I wasn't much older to my students. It gave me ample ways to learn how to explore and set up a classroom with young minds around me. Every day was a challenge to introduce to them to something new that they weren't already aware of. GenZ definitely taught me how to brush and rush my brain and look for not so special things, in and outside of the curriculum.
